Definition of Happiness: Happiness is a state of well-being and contentment. It is a state of serenity and peace, which is not to say a happy person is sleepy, in fact happy people are more likely to perform better, they are alive and lead more successful lives. Happiness is something everyone wants to have. Successful people crave it, just as much as you do. Money cannot buy it and that’s scientifically proven. Without happiness, life it will be meaningless.
A to Zen is based on the ancient wisdom as handed down through the centuries and modern research still developing today. With an Open Mind, James O’Sullivan has studied both of these areas of knowledge and would like to bring this simple yet effective program to people in order for all to achieve a state of stillness of mind and a sense of well-being that goes through to the soul.
